Use MainPic as a production aid, and review every output before publishing it to a marketplace.
Prohibited image processing
MainPic strictly prohibits the upload, processing, editing, or generation of NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, or otherwise adult sexual content.

Marketplace review
Compliance checks are based on publicly available guidance. They do not guarantee approval by Amazon, Shopify, or another marketplace, and category-specific rules may still apply.
Your content
You must own or have all necessary rights and permissions to process the images you upload. You remain responsible for every image and output used through MainPic.
Service availability
Background removal depends on third-party infrastructure and may occasionally be unavailable. Review and keep your own copies of downloaded results.
Credits and payments
Paid passes and top-ups are one-time purchases, not automatically renewing subscriptions. Paid credits expire 30 days after a completed payment.
Acceptable Use Policy — prohibited content
You must not use MainPic to upload, process, edit, or generate NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise adult sexual content.
Prohibited content includes, without limitation:
- Nudity, sexual acts, pornography, sexual exploitation, or sexually suggestive imagery. Any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited.
- Graphic violence, violent threats, hate speech, harassment, or content that promotes illegal activity.
- Images that violate another person's privacy, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights.
- Misleading, fraudulent, malicious, or deceptive content.
We may reject processing, suspend or terminate accounts, and restrict access when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. To report prohibited content or misuse, email support@mainpic.space.
