Acceptable Use Policy
This policy explains which images and activities are prohibited when using MainPic.
NSFW and sexually explicit content is prohibited
You must not use MainPic to upload, process, edit, remove the background from, or generate NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, or otherwise adult sexual content.
Sexual exploitation and any sexual content involving minors are strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Other prohibited content and activities
- Graphic violence, violent threats, hate speech, harassment, or content that promotes illegal activity.
- Images that violate another person's privacy, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights.
- Misleading, fraudulent, malicious, deceptive, or abusive content.
- Attempts to interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the service or its security controls.
Enforcement and reporting
We may reject processing, restrict access, suspend, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. Report suspected violations to support@mainpic.space.
